About
Czech Basketball Federation has been organising international tournaments for fourteen years. The portal is what we wished we'd had on day one.
The first time we ran an international youth tournament, the federation ops team carried six laptops, three printed binders, and a shared Dropbox folder that nobody trusted. Visiting clubs sent travel details by e-mail; hotels chased rooming lists by fax; the broadcast partner demanded a manifest the night before tip-off.
We did it again. And again. Each time, we wrote down what broke. In 2024, we stopped writing things down and started building. The portal is the result — every department, one thread, one ledger, one federation approver.
Czech Basketball Federation (CBF) operates the portal for FIBA-sanctioned events held in the Czech Republic. We open it to visiting federations, clubs and accredited media — free of charge.

Every change is logged. Quotes, statuses, exports — federation auditors can reconstruct any decision after the fact.
The team that runs the departments built the portal. Nothing is in here for theatre — every field was earned by a 2am phone call.
Scouts, clubs and federation delegations pay nothing for the platform. The host federation absorbs the cost.
