Not a marketplace. Not a consumer app. A controlled portal for sanctioned-event coordination.
Participating federations
Data lives in EU regions. Restricted tier for sensitive ops and exports. Full DPA on request.
Nine roles with scoped visibility. Each department sees only what it needs.
Every status change, export and role mutation is logged and queryable.
Why ČBF built this
We ran the last cycle on six spreadsheets and one shared inbox. Half a year later, this is what we wished we'd had on day one.
Why now
Verification typically completes within one business day during the pilot window. Federations onboarding earlier are scheduled first.
Pilot target: 8 federation seats open for the Brno operations programme.

Before you ask
No IT setup. Your federation staff click Continue with Google — that's the install. Operations runs on shared infrastructure managed by ČBF.
The portal is free for visiting staff during the pilot — operated by ČBF as part of the host-country services. The smaller the federation, the more this saves: six departments coordinated by two people instead of twelve.
Visiting club and federation staff for sanctioned FIBA youth events hosted by ČBF, starting with the U17 Women's World Cup in Brno (11–19 July 2026). Also: accredited media and intra-federation operations.
For visiting staff: yes. The portal is operated by ČBF as part of the event's host-country services.
Request access on this page. We verify your organization against the official FIBA / member-federation list within one business day, then send an invitation to the email you provide.
EU regions only (currently Frankfurt). Restricted tier for sensitive operations and exports. EU-hosted Postgres, EU-hosted application servers, EU-routed traffic. Full DPA available on request.
Yes. Federations can sign in with their official Workspace Google account, subject to whitelisting per the security policy.
The portal coordinates the host-country operations side. You can keep your internal TMS for your own bookings — the portal owns local logistics in Brno.
